Description
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Engineer to support our Country Director and local teams in a fast-paced, international environment. The role combines commercial support and technical service coordination, with a strong focus on customer responsiveness and operational efficiency.
The candidate will report directly to the Country Director and work closely with the Sales and Technical Service teams, as well as with our factories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Team Support (Primary Priority)
âĸ Support the Technical Service team in managing service tickets
âĸ Coordinate with factories regarding technical issues, spare parts, and service follow-ups
âĸ Ensure timely communication between customers, service teams, and manufacturing sites
âĸ Help track service performance and customer satisfaction
2. Sales Support
âĸ Support the Sales team in preparing commercial and technical offers
âĸ Assist in collecting technical information required for quotations
âĸ Participate in customer follow-ups when needed
3. Business & Operational Support
âĸ Support the Country Director in daily operational and commercial activities
âĸ Contribute to internal coordination between departments
âĸ Help ensure customers receive fast and professional responses
