Description
Within the HR, Facility, ESG & Communication Department, the HR Talent team ensures the project plamnning, the delivery and the ongoing management of initiatives and programs about talent acquisition, employer branding, training, talent management and engagement, representing the "center of expertise" for all the employees about professional development and also diversity, equity and inclusion, acting as a partner and a consulting function for all the Departments of the company.
Responsibilities:
Support senior staff in the day-to-day management of talent development, training, engagement and employer branding projects
Support in the deployment of the new edition of the "Business Conduct Continuous Improvement Program" (BCCIP), focused on "Culture and Conduct", through the project management, the implementation and the monitoring of targeted workshops/trainings/news/communication
Analysis and monitoring of the Employees’ Engagement
Contribution to the definition and to the implementation of a new Talent Development Program
Contribution to monitoring and data quality related to the function's KPIs
