Description
As a Container Process Development Engineer, you will be joining an existing team located in Belgium. You will directly support the transfer process of R&D Baxter’s Medical Products and Therapies business unit with the mission of bridging manufacturing sites with process and product development & improvement and deliver relevant best in class technologies while optimizing Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
The main tasks are to:
•Collaborate to the container and solution process development by interacting with the design, quality and manufacturing team,
•Be responsible for defining , organizing and executing development and process studies under the guidance of the senior engineering staff or project leader:
- Design study and experiments related to process & product development or problem solving,
- Collect and analyze data,
- Summarize and report results,
- Provide recommendations based on your existing knowledge and experience.
•Communicate continuously to the team about progress of studies under your responsibility.
