The Production Project Manager is a key role designed for an early-career professional who is eager to learn and contribute to various strategic projects within the Operations Production Sites Department.
This position offers a unique opportunity to help explore new tools, collaborate in the improvement and documentation of sales production processes and organisation of internal and external (bpos) sites (call centres).
The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and has a keen interest in data management and project coordination.

Your futures missions :
Project Coordination Support: Assist in various department projects, adapting to new challenges and priorities as they arise
Process Documentation and Improvement: Engage in documenting internal processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
Tools Exploration and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various tools and technologies to support the department's strategic initiatives, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Management of Reports and Data Analysis: Take charge of compiling, analyzing, and presenting data and reports for the department, aiding in decision-making and strategy development. Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and timely reporting to support departmental objectives and projects.
About you :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
A strong interest in technology, project management, and operational excellence.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish or French.
