As a Software Engineer in the Engage & Loyalty team, you are responsible for implementation and actively contribute to the technical design and optimization of our SaaS solutions. Within this position, the development will mainly be focused on Backend technologies.
đź’Ś Your daily missions will include:
Integrate a domain team working with lightweight development workflows, requiring a high-level of autonomy and a strong sense of ownership
Work closely with the Splio’s guilds to ensure best practices are applied across the teams and our stack follows the market trend
Work hand-in-hand with the Product team to implement expected functionalities, always keeping the customer in mind
Managing performance of a real-time web application displaying a high density of data
Contribute daily to all parts of our application’s code base : code review, test, architecture design, release and monitoring ⇒ “You Build It, You run It”
Constantly interface with the teams involved in the project to ensure a high-quality product is continuously deployed

Additional information :
The assignment will take place in our brand‑new offices located on Carrer Roger de Llúria in Barcelona, where a team of about thirty multilingual colleagues is already in place. The Engage team is based in Paris, so an initial training period in France before departure will be planned, at our Paris offices located near Opéra.
You will of course not be left on your own — you will have a technical point of contact in Paris as well as a local point of contact in Barcelona.
At the end of the VIE assignment, the objective is to transition into a permanent position (CDI), either in Paris or in Barcelona.
Splio will contribute to the housing allowance.
