Our growth in the Nordics region is driving us to strengthen our Sales team to accelerate strategic outbound prospection and expand our footprint across Sweden
and neighboring markets.
Your mission will be to generate qualified opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound prospection in order to fuel pipeline growth and support our Account
Executives in closing high-value cloud deals.

You will be part of a team of 8 people composed of a Manager, a Team Lead, and Business Development Representatives working closely with Account Executives.
Each BDR operates in a duo with an Account Executive, targeting around 200 strategic accounts.
The team works collectively on cold calling sessions, outbound campaigns, account mapping, and continuous training initiatives. With 80% of the team currently on target, the culture is performance-driven, supportive, and highly collaborative.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
Identify and prospect strategic target accounts in the Nordics region (mainly Sweden)
Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound campaigns
Run structured prospection plans to reach and exceed monthly targets
Map accounts and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers
Qualify inbound leads and generate new outbound opportunities
Work closely in duo with Account Executives to build pipeline
Collaborate with Sales Architects to refine value propositions
Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Lusha, Humanlinker, Gmail, Scaleway internal tools, and Confluence
Participate in team prospecting sessions, events, and regional initiatives
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies
