Mission Description
Within the framework of the VIE program, the VIE will support the commercial development of the equine veterinary business in Poland.
Reporting to the International Distribution & Nerwork Manager the VIE will contribute to the development, animation, and structuring of a local distribution network, working closely with distributors, veterinarians, and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities
β’ Support the development of commercial activities in the Polish equine veterinary market
β’ Identify, prospect, and recruit new distributors and commercial partners
β’ Animate and support the existing distribution network (training, follow-up, coordination)
β’ Participate in field activities with distributors and key accounts
β’ Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
β’ Support product launches and promotional activities
β’ Collect and analyze market data and competitive intelligence
β’ Represent the company at veterinary congresses, trade fairs, and professional events
β’ Act as a liaison between local partners and headquarters

Profile Required
β’ Eligible for the VIE program (Business France)
β’ Masterβs degree in Business, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field
β’ Strong interest in international business development
β’ Interest in the equine veterinary sector
β’ First experience in sales, marketing, or animal health is appreciated
β’ Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
β’ Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish is a plus
β’ Based in Poland
