Description
- Report to the Head Instrumentation Field Engineer and collaborate closely with the delivery follow‑up focal point.
- Prepare and maintain follow‑up reports for Field Material Requisitions (FMRs) and incoming materials, including drafting and tracking FMRs related to Emerson equipment.
- Develop VMRs (Vendor Mobilization Request) and follow MAV mobilization in coordination with Commissioning/Start-up and Construction teams.
- Assist Instrumentation Field Engineering Lead for weekly MAV follow‑up meetings, record actions in a report, and track topics related to Emerson, construction, field engineering, and CSU.
- Monitor MAV resources against the MAV agreement to ensure adequate allocation.
- Oversee the MER cycle from initiation to closure.
- Manage the IMR cycle, including testing and closure activities.
- Support of FE Manager for Draft formal correspondence for the contracts team.
- Interface with the MAV site representative through weekly meetings to monitor schedule, resource mobilization, and contractual matters.
- Verify that engineering carry‑over work (MAV documents) is properly transferred, organized, and implemented on site.
- Identify and manage predefined carry‑over activities such as ICSS iSAT, package testing, turret integration, and subsea interface preliminary tests (Plugs issue with Packages).
- Coordinate with the Instrumentation Field Engineering Lead on site modification requests affecting MAV equipment supply and documentation, anticipating and organizing MAV needs.
