Presentation of the Mission and Activities:
As a Digital Project Manager in the Sales & Digital team at Orange Europe, you will play a key role in supporting the digital B2C channel management across Europe.
Our goal is to enhance the efficiency of our digital sales and customer care channels, focusing on operational models and transformation initiatives.
In this exciting role, you will for both for Europe division and for the local Belgian affiliate
For the Group, you will:
1. Gather data from affiliates to produce reports and analyze digital performance using analytics and reporting tools.
2. Analyze drivers of digital performance and identify opportunities for optimization. This includes managing traffic insights, improving conversion rates, enhancing customer satisfaction, understanding cost drivers specifically regarding digital paid traffic acquisition, and transforming customer interactions toward digital channels.
3. Help define the digital Golden Rules and monitor their implementation, such as rules for digital marketing spend, digital supply chain, and omnichannel lead generation.
4. Organize community meetings and create content for presentations: monthly digital reviews with all affiliates, thematic seminars, etc. Help grow the digital community through sharing and replicating best practices.
5. Manage acceleration projects with internal expertise centers. Projects may include lead generation, deploying shared IT tools, standardizing UX design and analytics tracking, implementing digital tools like A/B testing, and providing digital training.
6. Participate in digital channel maturity assessments across countries and monitor transformation progress following Group recommendations.
7. Conduct benchmarks and strategic analyses on emerging topics, and propose recommendations: competitive analyses, operational suggestions on topics like eSIM, marketplaces, digital loyalty programs, growth of generative AI in search engines, AI in devices, etc.
In this role, you will undertake complementary missions for Orange Belgium that hosts the position. You will:
1. Manage and coordinate projects actions and initiatives across our different environments (B2C, B2B, hey!, Corpo).
2. Monitor and analyze the performance of these actions; you may be trained to use tools such as Contentsquare, Google Analytics, and others.
3. Engage in CRO thinking by proposing AB tests in collaboration with the experimentation team.
4. Identify optimization opportunities for the existing digital assets (placeholders, current animation, etc.).

• You are analytical, curious, and a regular user of technological and digital tools.
• You are well organized, structured, and have a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
• Skills in analytics and digital tools are a strong asset (Google Analytics & Ads, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI…).

Profile:
• You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Management, Business, or Engineering.
• You have relevant prior experience in digital advertising or e-commerce, including tools (digital marketing, e-shop, self-care, bots, AI, and personalization).
• Fluent English is compulsory; French is a plus, as well as other languages spoken within Orange Europe.
