Description
We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst with solid SQL skills to join a team focused on delivering high-quality analysis, requirements gathering and functional support across complex IT environments.
What You Will Do
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements and support decision-making
Analyse, document and validate business processes and functional specifications
Use SQL to perform data analysis, troubleshooting, validations and support investigations
Support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring functional alignment
Participate in testing phases: defining test cases, validating results, ensuring functional integrity
Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation and system enhancements
Ensure proper communication between business, tech teams and project management
What You Bring
Strong SQL knowledge for analysis and validation
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
Ability to work with development teams and understand technical concepts
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
Comfortable working in dynamic environments and handling multiple topics
Fluency in English and French

Hybrid model: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
