Devops (H/F)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. This role focuses on automation, infrastructure reliability, and CI/CD integration, ensuring development and testing teams can deliver high-quality software efficiently and securely. Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Automation Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines Manage and optimize Jenkins jobs and pipelines Ensure seamless integration between development, testing, and deployment processes Automate build, test, and deployment workflows Support teams in adopting DevOps best practices Infrastructure & Platform Management Maintain and improve CI/CD platform components Manage integrations with tools such as: GitLab SonarQube Nexus Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance and failures Ensure system reliability and scalability across environments Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with development, QA, automation team and the development team Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Contribute to platform optimization and automation initiatives Promote DevOps culture and continuous delivery practices Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines Hands-on experience with: Jenkins GitLab SonarQube Nexus Experience with automation and scripting Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle Nice to Have Experience with Python or scripting languages Knowledge of containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) Familiarity with cloud environments Experience supporting test automation pipelines Hybrid work model – 2/3 days on-site in Lisbon
