Scrum Master (H/F)

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an agile team, supporting the delivery of complex digital and IT initiatives in an international environment. The ideal candidate will act as a true agile leader and facilitator, promoting Scrum best practices, removing impediments, and helping teams continuously improve their performance and maturity. Key Responsibilities Act as Senior Scrum Master for one or more agile teams Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles Remove impediments and ensure smooth team delivery Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization Promote continuous improvement and team maturity Foster collaboration between development, business, and stakeholders Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives when applicable Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT or digital environments Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile mindset Experience coaching teams and stakeholders Ability to manage dependencies and risks Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments Certifications (valued) PSM II / PSM III CSM / CSP SAFe or other Agile certifications are a plus Language Skills English – mandatory advanced French – mandatory advanced Hybrid work: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
