Junior Data Scientist – CMC Biologics (H/F)

Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in Symphogen. Description of the mission:  Scientific Engagement: Work directly with SMEs across multiple areas (upstream, downstream, analytics, etc.) to elicit scientific questions and reframe them into analyzable hypotheses.  Data Use Case Development: Explore, clean, and analyze structured datasets to develop statistical models or predictive tools that support scientific decision-making.  Prototyping & Iteration: Rapidly prototype analyses to assess feasibility and provide concrete feedback to data owners on metadata or structural improvements.  Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Document scientific questions, assumptions, and limitations for every use case to ensure reproducibility and support handover to IT for scaling.  Gap Analysis: Identify data quality or contextualization gaps that limit analysis and justify data limitations clearly to stakeholders.
