IAM (H/F)

We are looking for an experienced Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager Developer/Integrator to join an IAM/IGA team responsible for identity governance, access control and compliance across enterprise systems. Role Overview You will be responsible for configuring, administering and maintaining Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager, ensuring secure and compliant identity lifecycle management. The role involves close collaboration with IT, HR, security and business teams in a multi-system environment. Key Responsibilities Configure, administer and maintain Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager (workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning, recertification campaigns, entitlements, role management and central identity repository). Configure and manage connectors to external systems (Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, ERP and business applications). Automate and integrate IAM/IGA processes using scripting, APIs and CLI. Provide operational support: monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management and maintenance in operational condition (MCO). Produce and maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to users and administrators. Participate in IAM/IGA projects and in the integration of Usercube within the existing IT landscape. Ensure access governance, compliance and reporting related to identities and entitlements. Work within an eight-person team, reporting to Team Leads based in Lisbon and collaborating with a Product Owner located in Lausanne. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager or similar IAM/IGA solutions. Advanced configuration knowledge: workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning, recertification, entitlements and role modeling. Experience managing connectors to AD, LDAP, HRIS, ERP and business applications. Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, C#, XML, JSON, CSV). Experience with API and CLI-based integrations. Knowledge of on-premise and SaaS environments (installation, deployment, maintenance and support). Strong troubleshooting, incident management and operational support skills. Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation. Team-oriented profile with strong collaboration skills across IT, HR, security and business teams.
