As a Lithography R&D Engineer, you will join TMC as a consultant, contributing to advanced lithography projects focused on memory device integration. You will help develop lithography-driven solutions to address complex process and integration challenges in a high-tech memory environment.
Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support lithography process development.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize lithography processes for memory applications.
Address integration challenges related to lithography, alignment, and overlay.
Document findings and communicate insights to stakeholders and relevant process teams.
