About the company
The Revenue Architects is a GTM Engineering Studio that designs and deploys go-to-market systems for the best tech companies in the world. We work with leading B2B SaaS scale-ups such as Canva, Descript, Linear, WorkOS, and Mithril. We are not a traditional agency: we build Revenue Decision Systems -- an explicit, documented intelligence layer that connects data, orchestration logic, and activation workflows into a single coherent system. Our tech stack includes Claude Code, Clay, Unify, Cargo, Salesforce, and a proprietary methodology for building systems that compound over time. The company is based in San Francisco and currently has 3 people (founder + 2 GTM engineers).
About the role and responsibilities :
Under the supervision of the founder, the Volunteer will participate in the design and deployment of go-to-market revenue systems for a portfolio of 3 to 4 enterprise clients in parallel. The work spans three core areas:
AI agents and automation -- Building qualification, enrichment, personalization, and scoring agents using Claude, GPT, and custom orchestration tools.
TAM building and enrichment -- Defining ICPs, sourcing accounts, running multi-vendor waterfall enrichment, and scoring accounts based on intent signals.
GTM experiments -- Designing, launching, and measuring structured experiments across channels, messaging, audiences, and activation triggers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
β’ Building and deploying AI agents for GTM workflows -- qualification agents, enrichment agents, personalization agents, and scoring agents using Claude, GPT, and custom orchestration, under the founder's direction
β’ Designing and building Total Addressable Market (TAM) lists: ICP definition, account sourcing, multi-vendor waterfall enrichment (Apollo, PeopleDataLabs, Clearbit, Prospeo), contact discovery, and signal-based account scoring using Clay, Cargo, and custom pipelines
β’ Designing, launching, and measuring GTM experiments across channels -- testing messaging, audiences, sequences, and activation triggers with structured A/B frameworks and documented hypotheses
β’ Building signal-based workflows: intent detection from website visitors, product usage data (PQL/PQA), social listening (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, GitHub), and routing qualified signals to outbound sequences
β’ Configuring and administering CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot): custom objects, fields, flow builders, lead routing, and data imports
β’ Developing outbound infrastructure and audience segmentation systems via Unify, Instantly, and Smartlead
β’ Participating in client meetings to present progress, share experiment results, and gather feedback, supporting the senior team
β’ Tracking performance metrics of deployed systems (open rates, reply rates, pipeline generated, enrichment coverage) and contributing to optimization iterations
