Your Mission
As part of our RUN OPEN team, you will ensure the operational readiness and stability of solutions, acting as an N2 support expert while contributing to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations & Scheduling
Define, plan, and execute batch jobs using Control-M
Monitor processes in real time and ensure smooth execution
Handle incidents (failures, dependency issues, SLA breaches)
Daily Operations
Execute and control production processes (Open & Control-M)
Perform recovery actions in case of incidents
Manage system resources (disk space, queues, catalogs, etc.)
Monitor and support file transfers, including incident handling
Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide technical support to application teams
Optimize batch workflows and improve performance
Participate in releases and change management
Perform scheduled and ad-hoc interventions (including off-hours when required)
Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain operational procedures and documentation
Ensure up-to-date knowledge base
Produce reports on availability and performance
Integration & DevOps Practices
Support solution delivery in coordination with Project Managers / ScrumOps
Act as a technical integrator across systems
Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices (automation, security, observability, culture)
What Weβre Looking For
Experience in production support (N2 level)
Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Control-M preferred)
Familiarity with batch processing and incident management
DevOps mindset with focus on automation and reliability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hybrid Work: 2/3x on-site in Lisbon
