We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join a project with a major French banking client
This is a great opportunity to work on AI and Generative AI use cases, contributing from model development to production and monitoring.
requirements:
Experience with Python (main language)
Knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning fundamentals
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (RAG, Fine-tuning, prompting techniques such as CoT or ReAct)
Exposure to AWS services such as S3, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway or OpenSearch
Understanding of MLOps / DevOps tools (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLflow is a plus)
Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
Basic knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (vector databases like Redis or OpenSearch are a plus)
Nice to have:
Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain or Transformers
Experience with JupyterLab, VSCode, virtual environments (Venv/UV)
Previous experience or interest in the banking/financial sector
Hybrid Work 2/3x on-site Lisbon
