Your Mission
As a DevOps Operations Engineer, you will ensure the operational readiness of applications in RUN OPEN environments, acting as an N2 support expert while driving automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Reliability (RUN)
Ensure operational readiness of solutions (CMDB updates, documentation, obsolescence & vulnerability management)
Maintain high availability and performance of production systems
Scheduling & Monitoring
Define, plan, and execute batch jobs using Control-M
Monitor processes in real time
Manage incidents (failures, dependency issues, SLA breaches)
Daily Operations
Execute and control production processes (Open & Control-M)
Perform recovery actions in case of incidents
Manage system resources (disk space, queues, catalogs, etc.)
Monitor and handle file transfers and related incidents
Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide technical support to application teams
Optimize batch workflows and improve performance
Participate in releases and change management
Perform scheduled and ad-hoc interventions (including off-hours when required)
Documentation & Reporting
Write and maintain operational procedures and documentation
Produce reports on availability and performance
Integration & DevOps Practices
Support solution delivery in coordination with Project Managers / ScrumOps
Act as a technical integrator across systems
Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices (automation, security, observability)
What We’re Looking For
Experience in production support (N2) in Open environments
Strong knowledge of Control-M and batch processing
Experience with incident management and system operations
DevOps mindset with focus on automation and reliability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Languages: Fluency in English and French is required
Hybrid Work: 2/3x in the office
