Overall Context
In an international and fast-evolving environment, we are looking for a Junior HRBP V.I.E. based in Milan to support the HR Business Partners for the Southern Europe and Central Eastern Europe regions.
This assignment offers broad exposure to the HR function in a highly multicultural context, covering a wide geographical scope. You will work from our Milan office, collaborating closely with local and international teams to support seamless HR operations and contribute to key HR initiatives across multiple countries.
This is a unique opportunity for a young HR professional to develop strong generalist HR foundations while gaining hands-on experience in an international and regional environment.
Your Responsibilities
Working closely with the Regional HR Business Partner, you will support a broad HR scope across the SE and CEE regions.
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
β’ Support employee administration across different jurisdictions (contracts, amendments, personnel files, onboarding/offboarding).
β’ Monitor regional specificities regarding absences, holidays, and local compliance.
β’ Maintain HRIS systems and prepare consolidated HR reporting for the SE & CEE clusters.
Payroll & HR Compliance
β’ Act as a key interface between the company and various external payroll providers across the regions.
β’ Audit payroll data and prepare monthly inputs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
β’ Coordinate with regional HR vendors (insurance, benefits, and local health & safety providers).
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
β’ Support the recruitment cycle for regional vacancies, including job briefs, job postings, CV screening and interview coordination.
β’ Manage candidate experience and interview logistics in a cross-border environment.
β’ Contribute to local and regional employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.
Training & Development
β’ Support the coordination of regional training plans, ensuring alignment with both local needs and global HR strategy.
β’ Contribute to talent development initiatives and support the annual performance management cycle.
β’ Help monitor training participation, reporting and follow-up actions.
Cross-functional HR Projects
β’ Contribute to and coordinate selected HR projects focused on process harmonization between Southern Europe and Central Eastern Europe.
β’ Support HR digitalization and employee engagement initiatives across the regions.
β’ Prepare data-driven HR presentations and strategic analyses for regional management.

Requirements / Profile
Beyond the CV, we are looking for a curious, committed and proactive personality, eager to learn and to navigate different cultures, legal frameworks and business environments.
The ideal candidate should bring:
β’ Masterβs degree in HR or related fields would be considered a plus.
β’ Fluent English.
β’ French and/or Italian would be considered a plus.
β’ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
β’ Power BI knowledge would be considered a plus.
β’ Previous HRIS exposure would be appreciated.
β’ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
