PLC Programmer (H/F)

The Position We are looking for a PLC Programmer who will be responsible for the software that runs inside our laser machines. This software controls how the machine moves, when the laser fires, and what the operator sees on the control screens. As a PLC Programmer, you will • Become the main internal expert on the machine control software • Work closely with an external software partner to guide improvements and new features • Make sure the software works smoothly with the physical machine (mechanics, optics, safety systems) • Help improve software quality, reliability, and documentation as the company grows • Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines, sometimes on customer sites (including international travel) • Act as a bridge between software, engineering, and production teams
