We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements System Engineer to join our team in a product development environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and managing system requirements throughout the development lifecycle of complex products. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and proficiency in requirements management tools.
Poste et missions :
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate system requirements for product development.
Develop and maintain requirement specifications and traceability matrices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and testing, to ensure requirements alignment.
Conduct system architecture analysis and ensure integration with subsystems.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.
Manage requirements changes and assess their impact on system design and development.
Utilize requirements management tools such as DOORS, Capella, or similar platforms.
Support verification and validation efforts to ensure system performance and compliance.
Provide documentation and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
