DEVOPS ENGINEER (H/F)

Principal Accountabilities : 1. Project devops - Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure - Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers - Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes - Strong knowledge on containerization of applications - Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results - Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats - Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes - Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended - Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions Technical support - Deploy updates and fixes - Provide Level 2 technical support - Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience - Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems - Perform root cause analysis for production errors Investigate and resolve technical issues - Develop scripts to automate visualization - Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance Contribution in general management: - Actively raising ideas/solutions to help prevent or solve problems in applicationproduction, and to improve working process, method of management, coordination between teams (inside and outside the Studio) involved in application production - In collaboration with the concerned functional heads of programmer, help to identify good elements and improve the team members that are still under expectation - Manage in devops integration and install architecture environment of the attributed applications Applications development The prime role of our company is developing applications either mobile or web applications for clients. Support web or mobile application development 1. Develop internal applications 2. Implement devops and CICI 3. Share with teams leads the best practices to develop in the right way 4. Confirm the process et check the code quality to give guidelines to the development team 8. Design with shield team new ways to develop and new technologies to make sure that all the teams are improving. 9. Train new developers and organize specific trainings on new technologies
