Description
CONTEXT
The Tangier plant is preparing for the launch of several new customer programs, which will require strong technical support to ensure a smooth and robust Start of Production (SOP).In parallel, there is a growing need to reinforce the Process Performance Team to secure equipment readiness, process stability, and continuous improvement.
Within this context, the V.I.E Assembly Engineer will play a key role in supporting project launches, validating new assembly equipment, and contributing to the plant’s operational excellence.
The Assembly Engineer V.I.E will contribute to the development, installation, commissioning, and validation of new assembly equipment for upcoming projects in the Tangier plant. He/She will follow each phase from supplier development to ramp‑up performance, ensuring that equipment reaches OPmobility standards in safety, quality, and productivity.
MISSIONS
1. Equipment Development & Supplier Follow‑Up
Monitor the design, manufacturing, and testing of assembly equipment at supplier facilities.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and control plans to ensure compliance with OPmobility standards.
Participate in design reviews and risk analyses to identify improvement points early in the process.
2. Installation & Commissioning in the Tangier Plant
Oversee installation, start‑up, and debugging of assembly equipment in the plant.
