Description
As a Private Equity VIE, you will be handling portfolio and fund management duties within the Private Markets & Alternatives team of CA Indosuez Fund Solutions and under the responsibility of the Head of Private Markets & Alternatives Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Portfolio and Fund management
Portfolio management: Monitor and control portfolio transactions and fund-flows with periodic reconciliations, assist in the Investments execution and portfolio monitoring
Liquidity Management: Assist in the operational process related to the cash management of Funds/Sub-Funds (Capital calls, distributions…), monitor and control cash reconciliations, and take active part in the weekly cash meetings
Fund valuation, accounting & reporting: Assist in reviewing and monitoring the quarterly valuation of portfolio assets provided by the depositary, assist in the preparation of the valuation committee of portfolio assets, assist in the annual audit process (backtesting…)
Marketing: assist in the preparation and maintenance of marketing presentations (marketing material, investment pipeline…)
Investor servicing
Fundraising & subscriptions/transfers processes: Interact and coordinate fundraising, subscription, closing & transfer processes with distributors / investors & the registrar & transfer agent
Investors reportings: Monitor and control investors operations and prepare various internal reportings
Investors support: Assist distributors / investors with all their requests
2. Data management & automation
Assist in the improvement and maintenance of the portfolio management database & systems
Design, implement, and automate various files for fund management data
Make sure the data is accurate and propose solutions to improve data reliability
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses to drive key fund management decisions (cash management, investors reports…)
Take an active role in data analysis and propose developments to improve data visualization and data management
