Mission description TNP is a growing consulting firm specializing in managing transformation and performance optimization programs. We are currently expanding our footprint in North America with an office based in Austin, Texas. TNP US is part of the TNP Group, created in 2007, which is a hybrid, independent consulting firm specialized in the operational and digital transformation of companies in industry & services, banking, insurance, and the public sector. We are present in more than 10 countries, including France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, UAE, Morocco, India, and the US. TNP US is currently supporting key players in the manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and supply chain industries, acting as a strategic partner to help organizations navigate complex operational challenges within the American market. Driven by strong growth and our ambition to solidify our presence in Texas and beyond, we are looking for a highly motivated VIE to support our local development and deliver value to our target clients. #HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Business Prospecting & Lead Generation: Take an entrepreneurial approach to hunt for new opportunities. Identify, map, and proactively contact key decision-makers within target manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and supply chain companies across the region. Client Relationship Building: Focus heavily on initiating and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective clients. Understand their strategic challenges and position TNP as a trusted advisory partner. Brand Expansion & Local Networking: Act as the face of TNP in Austin. Actively participate in local trade shows, industry associations, and business networks to build a robust local ecosystem and drive brand awareness. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end business development cycle. Qualify leads, schedule executive meetings, and maintain a rigorous and active sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth. Proposal Development & Pitching: Collaborate with the US consultant and the global team to craft compelling commercial proposals, pitch decks, and tailored solutions that directly address the specific needs of US prospects. Account Transition & Client Success: While your primary focus is growth, you will ensure a seamless handover of closed deals to the delivery team and maintain high-level relationships with clients during project execution to secure future business.
