About the Mission
As a Methods / Process Engineering Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within an industrial environment.
You will contribute to the implementation of new production methods while enhancing existing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Main Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Process Management
Update and maintain production documentation (Work Instructions, WI / PI / SI / MR)
Maintain and update process Flow Charts and PFMEA
Develop and standardize work procedures for production line control
Define and update process parameter sheets for production settings
Manage process changes and improvements via Kaizen methodology
2. Continuous Improvement & Performance
Identify and implement productivity improvement opportunities
Analyze production processes and prepare performance reports
Measure cycle times and identify bottlenecks
Apply quality tools to support zero-defect objectives
Validate effectiveness of implemented improvements
Support introduction of new or modified products and equipment
Contribute to process optimization for quality and efficiency
Participate in improvement workshops (PSG, Hoshin, TPM, SMED)
3. Operational & Team Activities
Participate in daily/weekly production meetings (APU, QRQC)
Support and take part in process audits
Collaborate in continuous improvement workshops
Work closely with supervisors and cross-functional teams
