They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization. Job Overview Are you passionate about driving impactful changes in Human Resources through data, structure, and strategic execution? We’re looking for a dynamic Jr HR PMO to support our global HR initiatives. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a purpose-driven, international organization while being based in one of our preferred European locations. (Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Island, Netherland or Belgium) As an HR PMO, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, consistency, and quality of HR projects by leading standardized processes, implementing best practices, and supporting strategic people initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior HR Leaders in an international environment. Responsibilities and Duties - Support the Transportation Solutions & Auto HR PMO in all HR processes and activities regarding: Talent, Training, Organization and Culture and any ad-hoc topics depending on business needs. - Provide support to coordinate and drive the annual HR Calendar and related initiatives considering our regional, global, and segment objectives and timelines. - Prepare and organize the HR Leadership meetings (calendar, agenda, stakeholder coordination, etc…) ensuring productive outcomes and actionable follow-ups. - Compile, analyze and interpret data from various HR systems and tools and develop reports and presentations to help leadership make informed decisions. - Lead the tracking and reporting of HR KPIs, with a strong focus on talent management and succession pipeline - Establishes and promotes the use of best practices across the HR team. - Analize Employee Engagement survey results, and identify key strengths and opportunities - Executive Development Program : Tracking project progress, budget, timelines, and deliverables. - Manage sensitive and highly confidential proprietary information with discretion and utmost confidentiality.
