Description
As an Application Scientist, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of science, product, and customer engagement, supporting the adoption of our AI-driven platform by pharmaceutical and biotech partners in the Americas.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will contribute to customer-facing scientific activities while developing expertise in applied AI for drug discovery.
You will initially be based in Paris (17th arrondissement) for onboarding and training, before relocating to Boston.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between Iktos and our SaaS customers in the Americas for scientific and technical discussions, owning onboarding, training, and consulting to ensure optimal use of our technologies and customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with the Product, IT, and Research teams to align roadmaps with the needs of our customers, driving the evolution and performance assessment of our products;
- Support drug discovery collaborations in the Americas, from pre-sales feasibility studies and scientific assessment to success;
- Assist in pre-sales activities by preparing scientific materials, demos, and supporting technical evaluations
- Participate in internal research efforts and contribute to scientific communication (presentations, case studies, publications)
