Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy VIE to join our team as a Business operations improvement Analyst. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence across our US local offices. Your mission will be to identify opportunities to optimize suppliers’ data processing, work with the teams to use cross-offices skills to automate manual tasks and reporting, and standardize processes between offices to improve how we work. As such, You will be in charge of collecting various initiatives and defining enablers to foster them. This is a hands-on role where you will leverage the Google Workspace ecosystem, particularly Google Apps Script and potentially Python, to build solutions that save time and improve data quality. Success in this position requires a blend of technical skill, analytical thinking, and outstanding communication to champion change and bring all teams to the same level of excellence. Crucially, you will also be at the forefront of our innovation efforts, participating in experiments to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our daily operations and shaping the future of work at our company. On top, you will participate in Ad-hoc strategic and management topics, to support the head of department . Tasks & accountabilities Your main tasks will include: Process and reporting Automation: Propose, Design, define enablers to deploy automation solutions using scripts to streamline repetitive tasks within Google Sheets, Slides, and other Workspace applications. Analyze existing spreadsheet-based workflows to identify and implement opportunities for automation, coordinate with the european entity based in Toulouse to push changes and improvements in master documents. Data Process Optimization: Optimize and define enablers to deploy automation solutions for data collection processes, particularly with supplier data, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity. Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear insights from the collected data. Work in synchronization with the groups based in Europe to be sure their needs are fulfilled. Process Harmonization & Standardization: Collaborate with teams across the US local offices to map current activities and identify procedural inconsistencies. Develop and document standardized, best-practice workflows to ensure operational alignment and efficiency between locations. Change Management & Deployment: With the help of the Head of Propulsion Procurement, act as a change agent by clearly communicating the benefits of new tools and processes to stakeholders at all levels. Capture "lessons learned" from projects and use them to refine future deployments. Create training materials to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. AI Integration & Innovation: Participate in pilot projects and experiments to test and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI, machine learning models) into our daily ways of working.
