As a Software Engineer (V.I.E.) based in Miami, you will be part of the Product & Engineering team, contributing to the development and scaling of Pelico’s platform while collaborating closely with both local operations and the engineering teams in France.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech environment, while contributing to the company’s international growth.
Main Responsibilities
1. Software Development & Delivery
Design, develop, and maintain features across Pelico’s platform (front-end, back-end, or full stack depending on profile).
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver impactful solutions to customers.
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Technical Support for Client Projects
Support the deployment and integration of Pelico’s platform for U.S.-based clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customer success and data teams.
Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and scalability of client deployments.
3. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Act as a bridge between the Miami team and the engineering team in Paris.
Contribute to global engineering best practices and internal documentation.
Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members if needed.
