CONTEXT: HAPIK USA β FULL SPEED AHEAD
In the United States, HAPIK currently operates 5 locations across California, Texas, New York, and New Jersey. But this is just the beginning. We are actively building our franchise model to accelerate our expansion across the US and bring new partners into the HAPIK family.
It is in this ambitious, entrepreneurial context that we are recruiting a VIE Digital Marketing & Communications, based in New York.
You will be a key player in this journey, not only managing digital marketing for our existing venues, but also directly contributing to the development of our franchise toolkit and supporting the first franchise openings. A rare role sitting at the crossroads of marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the CEO and the Operations Director, with regular interaction with the European Marketing Director and her team, you will be at the heart of HAPIK USA's growth strategy.
Travel to our venues is expected, particularly to our New York and New Jersey locations.
DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE
β’ Develop and manage the digital marketing plan in collaboration with management, and oversee the annual budget.
β’ Update our website and online store (ROLLER software) to improve conversion rates and traffic (SEO, UXβ¦).
β’ Manage and grow our social media presence and online community.
β’ Design and run high-performing advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive sales and brand awareness.
β’ Develop our influencer marketing strategy: identify, reach out to, and collaborate with content creators and influencers (sport, lifestyle, family, adventure) to boost our visibility across the US.
β’ Design and send newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with Center Managers to create engaging local content and share best practices.
β’ Work with our partners' (landlords, shopping centers) marketing teams to strengthen our digital footprint.
β’ Regularly analyze GA4 data, advertising performance, and sales figures, produce clear reports, and proactively recommend optimizations.
β’ Stay on top of industry trends (active leisure, entertainment, digital marketing) to continuously sharpen our strategy.
OTHER MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Actively contribute to the development of the HAPIK USA franchise pack: marketing materials, communication guidelines, sales tools, etc.
β’ Support the first franchise openings: launch plans, local communication, digital activation.
β’ Create and update in-store sales tools and ensure they are properly displayed and used across our venues.
β’ Conceive and implement special events to drive traffic and community engagement.

β’ 1 month training at our Head Office (Grenoble) + 18 months in the USA
β’ On site position in a coworking space
β’ Travel to our venues is expected, particularly to our New York and New Jersey locations
