WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON​
As User Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on marketing actions to drive customer acquisition for Gameloft cross-platform games. You will be responsible for advertising on performance UA channels and optimizing to reach the target return on investment.​
What it means on a daily basis​
Plan, execute, and analyse user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels​
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV​
Optimise creatives’ performance based on data-driven approach​
Communicate clearly to Senior UA management the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives​

What success will look like​
Within the first 3 months, you will understand performance marketing for games from A to Z. Over the following 6 months, you will become independent in managing it.
Who you would be working with​
You will work closely with two UA Managers and report to our UA Director.​
Your recruitment journey​
First Interview: HR screening (30 min) : Discuss your background, motivations, and overall fit for the role.​
Test (1 week): A case study or practical task relevant to the role, designed to assess your skills and approach​
Second Interview (1 hour) : Team interview with the two UA Managers to discuss your experience, ways of working, and how you collaborate within a team.​
Final Interview (1 hour): Interview with the hiring manager to assess overall fit and confirm alignment with the role and team.​
