WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON​
As User Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on marketing actions to increase customer acquisition for Gameloft cross-platform games. You will be responsible for advertising on performance UA channels and optimizing to reach the target return on investment.​
What it means on a daily basis​
Plan, execute, and analyse user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels​
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV​
Optimise creatives’ performance based on data-driven approach​
Communicate clearly to Senior UA management the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives​

What achievement will look like
Within the first 3 months, you will understand performance marketing for games from A to Z. Over the following 6 months, you will take full ownership of managing it.
Who you would be working with​
You will work closely with two UA Managers and report to our UA Director.​
