đ Your Mission
âĸ Monthly preparation of performance KPIs and development of new indicators to support the decision-making of the CSC management team
âĸ Preparation and participation in monthly performance meetings with CSC client countries
âĸ Collaboration with the regional D&D department to generate performance reports using BI and BO tools
âĸ Preparation of the annual budget, monthly monitoring of CSC costs and analysis of deviations from the budget
âĸ Monitoring stabilization and process improvement activities
âĸ Monitoring costumer countries' satisfaction through a quarterly NPS survey, analysis of results and formulation of action plans
âĸ Support to the CSP manager in general management activities and participation in studies aimed at improving the performance of the CSC
âĸ Support in defining the CSC's billing strategy to its clients with the aim of breaking even.
âĸ Participation in the mapping of activities and operating volumes of new CSC clients.
Travels across the LATAM region are expected âī¸
