Job Summary: The Compensation and Benefits VIE supports the analysis and administration of the company's compensation programs with a strong focus on cost controlling, data analysis and compensation strategies and reporting. This role ensures that the compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's objectives, strategy and regulatory requirements across the full Americas region, encompassing 6 countries and a headcount of approximately 700 employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compensation Management: o Lead Compensation Surveys for all Americas, providing comprehensive insights into market trends. o Develop and propose robust Salary Benchmarks to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. o Analyze market trends and internal compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across regions. o Provide strategic guidance to managers on compensation-related decisions. o Actively support the Annual Compensation review process, including data preparation, collection, consolidation, increase calibration, bonus calculation, and effective communication to the business. o Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual commission processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. 2. Cost Controlling: o Assist in building and managing the Staff Cost budget, meticulously tracking actual versus budget on a monthly basis. o Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits costs to ensure strict alignment with budgetary constraints. o Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cost-related topics for senior management. o Collaborate effectively with finance and accounting departments to accurately forecast and manage HR expenses. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Coordinate the Annual Report review, encompassing data collection, consolidation, and insightful analysis. o Generate ad-hoc reports to support HR Business Partners and the Retail Performance team on various KPIs (e.g., Base vs. Variable compensation, Overtime). o Prepare and present clear, concise reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management or as requested. o Utilize HRIS and other compensation and benefits management tools to efficiently manage and analyze data. 4. HR Operations: o Support the development and continuous updating of compensation and benefits policies and procedures, including commission plans. o Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes by leveraging technology and AI to enhance efficiency and add value to the business. o Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
