Description
Sales Effort
• Implement sales plan to meet sales volume, revenue and market share
• Visit prospects and customers all over the Nordic region (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland) to maintain existing business and develop new opportunities
• Supply fully detailed customer visit reports
• Reply to customers’ requests regarding commercial and technical issues
• Maintain and strengthen relationship with Seltech’s key partners such as Knowles and Azoteq
• Build forecasts with existing and potential customers
• Present an updated budget on the company CRM
Marketing Effort
• Collect customer information such as organization structure, market position, etc.
• Do market research for audio, video and connected devices market segments to locate potential customers
• Collect dates and places of fairs involving potential or existing customers
• Get competition information for evaluation of the market position
• Find new market opportunities and product trends
Technical Effort
• Learn and enhance technical knowledge on acoustic and sensor technologies to be able to provide technical support to the customers and offer competitive solutions
• Collect and share technical information to improve the global technical knowledge of Seltech team
Training:
• Previous to the mission a training period will be hold at the Seltech Headquarter near Paris. The aim of this training will be to understand and assimilate the products, the culture and the way of working of the company.
Location:
• The VIE will share a co-working space with our French colleague in Stockholm, Sweden.
4 to 6 months of training in France
VIE duration:
• The VIE will be a 24-month period.
