Position and Responsibilities Group Procurement Specialist responsible for developing and standardizing global procurement processes and methodologies, driving digitalization, risk management, and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain. Supports governance, compliance, and continuous improvement by managing procurement tools, coordinating cross‑functionally, and aligning purchasing activities with corporate and sustainability objectives. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Process & Methodology Development • Design, implement, and continuously improve global purchasing processes • Define and maintain standardized procurement methodologies across regions • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives within procurement (e.g., negotiation bot, e-sourcing, supplier portals, analytics tools). 2. Tools & Systems Management • Own and optimize procurement tools (e.g., ERP, spend analytics platforms). • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure tool integration and usability. • Train and support purchasing teams globally on tool usage and best practices. 3. Risk Management • Develop and maintain a global supplier risk management framework. • Monitor geopolitical, financial and operational risks affecting the supply base. • Propose risk mitigation strategies including dual sourcing, supplier audits, and contingency planning. 4. Sustainability Integration • Promote and implement sustainable procurement practices across the supply chain • Support corporate sustainability goals 5. Compliance & Governance • Ensure purchasing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. • Support audits and assessments related to procurement processes. ________________________________________ Requirements Education & Experience • Master’s degree in Procurement / supply chain • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive procurement, preferably in a Tier 1 supplier environment. • Proven experience in process design, risk management, and tool implementation. Skills & Competencies • Understanding of Sustainability requirements in Industrial environment • Data analytics tools. • Project management and change management skills. • Cross functional coordination capabilities • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Fluent in English
