Description
As a VIE in the HR International & Governance team, you will be steering the implementation of global strategies across our global footprint.
Airbus is rapidly expanding its footprint in Poland, a strategic growth hub for our engineering and industrial future. We are looking for a high-potential individual to act as the strategic bridge between Central Headquarters and our local entities, ensuring that our global ambitions land successfully on the ground.
Main Tasks:
1. Regional support: Europe Non-Core & International
Act as a key stakeholder in preparing the region for the European Pay Transparency Act.
Support in rolling out HR initiatives across our global network such as grading structure harmonization or people development initiatives.
2. Local coordination: Poland
Act as a facilitator to help the various Airbus entities in Poland stay connected and collaborate on joint HR topics.
Support the local leadership in landing sensitive business campaigns and center implementations.
Translate global branding strategies into local digital campaigns and recruitment events that resonate with Polish talent.
3. Employment branding support :
Support the employment marketing effort in the Europe Non core region, coordinating with the Employment marketing team, gathering and executing the needs of local focal points.
