At least 3+ years of experience in similar position.
· Experienced in Application production run support.
· Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment.
· Be curious and initiative-taking searching for innovative solutions.
· Be critical and constructive on the solutions analysis.
· Be able to keep calm and managed stress situations, such as errors in production.
· Be able to manage and prioritize incidents.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels.
· Incident management around the Web front and associated APIs.
· WEB technology known (Java JEE, REST and SOAP WEB services, API, Angular, Responsive web application).
· Event streaming message technology: Kafka.
· Tools: Service Now, Jira Lanta, CMS, Oracle, SQL databases
