Description
The PIP team, based in Brussels, Belgium, supports Eurofins laboratories worldwide. The team’s primary mission is to assess and implement methodologies that can enhance laboratory performance while ensuring harmonisation and standardisation.
The team is led by an international group of supervisors who work closely with top management. By joining the team and Eurofins network, you will become part of an organisation that values entrepreneurship, passion and curiosity, and get a chance to build relationships and global opportunities.
As a Continuous Improvement Project Manager, you will contribute directly to the optimisation of laboratory processes across the Eurofins network. You will work independently on several projects with a clearly defined scope and collaborate closely with technical experts and managers in various countries.
Concretely, you will:
- Define and support the standardisation of key concepts and processes used by laboratories across the Eurofins network, helping enhance operational clarity and consistency.
- Define and outline standard laboratory processes for specific applications, enabling laboratories to improve turnaround times, optimise workflows and strengthen quality
- Develop methodologies and standards for performance and cost-management processes.
- Support global initiatives such as the roll-out of harmonised Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). By collaborating with laboratory managers to restructure cost and revenue accounting, you will enable laboratories to benchmark their performance, uncover cost-saving opportunities and better monitor their activities over time.
