M&A Analyst (H/F)

Armor Capital specializes in cross-border M&A, company valuation, fundraising (equity and debt), and strategic consulting. Our three partners, Guillaume Caillet, Jean Giorgis and Alain Ghiretti combine 60 years of experience in EMEA and Asia Pacific. With strong local knowledge and contacts in the key global economies, we help business owners to manage the ever-changing and increasingly competitive economic landscape. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile M&A analyst to handle complex M&A and Debt/Equity financing mandates. This role requires deep technical fluency in corporate finance and the exceptional, native-level English communication skills necessary to manage negotiations and advise clients across Asia-Pacific. Key Responsibilities 1. M&A projects and Debt/Equity Financing ★ Work with the team on deal origination and draft pitches. ★ Monitor project progress by tracking activity, solving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions and mentoring teams. ★ Identify targets and lead information research. ★ Manage investor documentation with analyst: - NDA/Teaser/XS/Info Memo. - BP/Financial models/Valuation. ★ Identify, qualify investors in Asia, the U.S. and Europe and coordinate communication with them (Family Offices, Angels, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms). ★ Coordinate due diligence. ★ Interface with all levels of business and technology leadership at clients 2. Financial Advisory/Consulting ★ Develop new consulting services to expand the firm’s revenue streams (i.e. Improve portfolio performance on Private Equity, IPO Preparation) ★ Work with clients for a period of time on various missions to help improve and support their development ★ Elaborate Financial Tools/Reports (financial analysis), work on Business Plan, Budget (financial planning), Cash-Flow.
