Your Responsibilities:
As a V.I.E Junior Consultant, you will support our project teams in the field of industrial performance improvement. Your missions will include:
Participating in consulting projects related to:
- Supply Chain Management
- Lean / Lean Six Sigma
- Industrial Methods & Transformation
- Business Process Optimization and Operational Excellence
- Conducting data analysis, diagnostics, and benchmarking
- Preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Supporting internal initiatives such as tool development, training materials, or market research
Administrative responsibilities:
As our newly established subsidiary in Germany is still in its setup phase, this position will also include a range of administrative and organizational tasks, particularly in the following areas:
Marketing support:
-Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials, website content, and social media presence.
Billing & administration:
- Support in preparing offers, issuing invoices, and tracking outstanding payments.
- Maintain customer and supplier data and assist with general administrative processes.
Sales support:
- Prepare presentations and sales documents.
- Support the sales team with customer communication, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
