The site of Hamilton based in the USA belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE in Human Resources for 18 months within the team.
Your challenges?
You will do administrative support to the plant human resources department
You will help on personnel records and auditing of documentation by respecting Valeo Employee Engagement Roadmap (with the support of the HR team)
You will make employee changes in Workday - HR Software platform that is implemented to Valeo worldwide -
You will organize events for the production site
You will communicate events, news, general information to all employees
You will coordinate and perform new hire onboarding orientation, communicate and advise all employees on HR policies and procedures
You will also support and respond to questions on employee benefits
You will prepare and lead the engagement committee meeting and follow-up the actions
