Description

We are looking for a VIE (International Business Volunteer) to join our team in Asia and support our international business activities in the region. Responsibilities As part of the regional team, the VIE will contribute to key strategic and commercial initiatives, including: Strategy and corporate development ī‚§ Proactively source M&A, licensing (in and out) and partnerships opportunities that create new capabilities or significantly advance HTL corporate strategy ī‚§ Develop market perspectives and create strategic frameworks to support Corporate Development (industry research, competitive landscaping, market sizing, product analysis, greenfield market development opportunity, etc.) ī‚§ Prepare executive materials (powerpoint presentations, excel analysis, etc.) distilling key data insights and summary conclusions to enable robust decision-making through all stages of deals, including seeking approval for transactions by the executive team and the Board of Directors Strategic planning ī‚§ Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and report findings to leadership ī‚§ Data Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and financial data analysis to identify industry trends ī‚§ Prepare executive materials (powerpoint presentations, excel analysis, etc.) distilling key data insights and summary conclusions to enable robust decision-making Business Development ī‚§ Identify and capture relevant contacts / prospects / new players and increase sales over time ī‚§ Implement sales and marketing action plans ī‚§ Build strong relationships of trust with customers and reinforce customer satisfaction ī‚§ Ensure regular follow-up of customer needs ī‚§ Suggest product/service improvements in conjunction with other departments ī‚§ Work closely with distributors and partners to maximize sales channel and market coverage ī‚§ Coordinate customer interactions with various internal departments (regulatory affairs, quality assurance, production, R&D)
