As a major player on the European equity and fixed income markets, ODDO BHF stands out thanks to the independence of its financial analysis and the quality of its execution. To join the US Equity Sales team, you need to be comfortable evolving in a very fast-paced and work-intensive environment.
As assistant to the US Equity Sales team, your role will be to facilitate the execution of their daily tasks. The main missions of the VIE include:
- Run daily reports and anticipate sales requests to support the timely distribution of the sizeable daily news flow, using in-house CRM, Excel and automation tools
- Facilitate the upkeep of a clean database in CRM
- Build reporting tools to extract the key KPIs of the desk, helping the Head of Sales monitor the team's performance
- Summarize stocks reports to market ODDO BHF research to investors, quickly identify information relevant to US clients, with extra attention to detail and layout
- Draft cleanly-formatted investment cases to serve as talking points for the team in roadshow invitations; spontaneously propose investment ideas bullet points
- Carry out market research on existing and prospective clients, draw up lists of relevant contacts and investor profiles
- Build pitch decks for stock picking meetings, and maintain baseline decks updated
- Follow up consistently with the team on resource distribution (analyst meetings and corporate roadshows)
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with the whole team, and with analysts and Corporate Access team in Europe in fluent English
- Ad hoc requests and project management to improve the operations of the US sales desk; identify and offer potential improvements
