Description

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to join FIRALIS’ expanding international team and play a key role in accelerating growth in the U.S. and global markets. Located in a strategic hub for neurodegenerative innovation, the role requires high energy, adaptability, and a passion for advancing diagnostics in a fast-paced, competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in neurobiology, clinical diagnostics, regulatory affairs, and business development. They will drive the adoption of FIRALIS’ innovative solutions, including our FDA-approved, CE-IVDR-compliant APO-Easy® test, among pharmaceutical companies, CLIA-certified labs, Memory Centers, research institutions, and healthcare providers. As a representative of FIRALIS, the candidate will participate in major industry events (such as AAIC, Alzheimer’s Association conferences, and neurology-focused partnering meetings), enhancing brand visibility and positioning FIRALIS as a leader in neurodegenerative diagnostics. We seek a proactive, independent thinker who thrives in both collaborative and autonomous environments, eager to shape our commercial strategy, forge partnerships, and contribute innovative ideas to our mission of early detection and personalized care for Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. Missions: • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry experts in neurodegenerative diseases, establishing partnerships to promote our diagnostic solutions (e.g., APO-Easy®, NeuroDeGene® tests). • Build a network of clinical and research laboratories (CROs, university hospitals, CLIA labs, Memory Centers) by targeting decision-makers to integrate our kits into their testing and therapeutic monitoring. • Drive growth through prospecting (pharma, biotech, labs), technical presentations, roadshows, and real-world validation demonstrations. • Represent FIRALIS at leading scientific conferences (AAIC, AD/PD, Neuroscience) to increase visibility, organize KOL-led symposia, and observe market trends. • Provide consultative support to clients (labs, industry, clinicians), aligning our solutions with their R&D and clinical needs. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, collaborating with R&D and regulatory teams for clinical studies, validation, and compliance. • Host workshops and webinars with KOLs and partners to showcase the clinical value of our tests (e.g., APO-Easy® for AD). • Coordinate logistics for kit distribution and storage in Boston. • Explore the creation of a small CLIA-certified lab in the USA for testing activities.
