Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated candidate to join our EMEA (European Middle East and Africa) CDS (Customer Digital Strategy), Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
In this role, you will actively support our CDS Comms initiatives, helping to deliver impactful communication to our internal target audience leveraging on a Comms Champions Community. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Pharma Industry, while developing key digital communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sharepoint Updates:
• Support updates and maintenance of the company intranet using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Propose improvements to enhance usability and engagement.
Social Media Support:
• Suggest creative ideas to strengthen our social media presence.
• Monitor trends on these social media posts
E-Mail Marketing Campaing planner:
• Assist in organizing and executing email campaigns for all the project owners.
• Create templates, manage subscriber lists, and track performance metrics.
SFMC Comms lead:
• Help manage SharePoint content related to SFMC.
• Own and maintain internal and external SFMC email environments.
• Manage a strategic communication channel within the Functional Network of SFMC.
Designing Digital Assets:
• Use tools like Canva and Figma to create engaging visual content (e.g., banners, social media graphics).
• Apply design system templates to ensure brand consistency.
Virtual Events:
• Support organization of virtual TownHalls and Awards Ceremony.
Support CDS Comms Champions Update Calls process:
• Coordinate the agenda and manage the presentation deck.
• Ensure timely communication of slide deadlines and content contributions.
CDS COMMS LEAD:
• Build internal comms editorial plan.
• Draft internal articles and Viva Engage posts to highlight team achievements and milestones.
