As a Banking & Insurance Consultant, you will:
You will intervene on strategic and operational transformation programs within banks, insurance companies and financial institutions.
Depending on the mission, you may contribute to three major types of engagements:
1️⃣ Digital Transformation
Participate in large-scale transformation programs (core banking replacement, claims transformation, digital onboarding, omnichannel strategy)
Analyze and redesign business processes (customer journeys, underwriting, credit processes, policy lifecycle)
Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with IT and product teams
Support agile delivery (epics, user stories, backlog prioritization, UAT coordination)
Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across business and IT
2️⃣ Data & AI
Contribute to data governance, data quality and data architecture initiatives
Define business data requirements and KPIs (risk, performance, customer analytics)
Support regulatory reporting data flows (Basel, Solvency, IFRS)
Participate in AI/ML use cases (fraud detection, credit scoring, claims automation, customer segmentation)
Bridge the gap between business teams and data/technical teams
3️⃣ Regulatory & Compliance
Support implementation of regulatory frameworks such as:
Basel III / IV (RWA, capital adequacy, liquidity ratios)
Solvency II
KYC / AML
MiFID II
IFRS 9 / 17
Analyze regulatory gaps and assess impacts on processes, systems and governance
Contribute to target operating model design for risk & compliance functions
Prepare documentation and ensure auditability of processes and controls
Coordinate between compliance, risk, finance and IT stakeholders
About you
You hold a Master’s degree (Business, Finance, Engineering or similar)
You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch
You have a first experience in Banking and/or Insurance
You understand financial products, risk frameworks and regulatory environments
You are comfortable working at the intersection of Business & IT
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving
You are stakeholder-oriented and capable of influencing senior profiles
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Basel, Solvency, AML, MiFID…) and/or data environments is a strong asset
