Description
Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an HR Officer for our location in Berlin (or Düsseldorf).
In this role, you will act as an HR Business Partner and main point of contact for the Business Managers and consultants of our German offices.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a defined group of employees from onboarding to offboarding (contracts, contract amendments, onboarding meetings, reference letters, etc.) and will handle administrative tasks related to day-to-day HR operations.
You will advise and support employees throughout all phases of their employment.
Payroll administration: recording and validating variable salary components in collaboration with the external accounting firm.
You will provide competent, solution-oriented advice to managers on HR-related and employment law matters.
HR reporting.
Organization of team events.
Active involvement in HR projects.
